How do I reserve my date?

  • We require both a retainer & a signed contract to reserve the date. Both must be received within 24 hours of each other.

  • We require the remaining balance due to be paid no later than SEVEN DAYS in advance of the event, for Wedding, Mitzvah, Quinceanera and Special Event bookings.

Should I book a trial run?

  • Yes! A trial run will make your special day easier, by managing your expectations and addressing any of your concerns, in advance.
    It's a great opportunity to get to know your artist too.

    We highly recommend booking a trial run for Wedding, Quinceanera and Mitzvah bookings as well as personal branding shoots. 

  • You can also book a trial run for any other event bookings. 

    When should I book a trial run?

  • We suggest booking the trial run 6-8 weeks before the event.

  • For branding shoots contact our office to go over details.

  • If you are booking from out of state, you can book the trial run a day or two before, depending on availability. This is for ONLY for destination weddings.

When is the final payment due?

  • For all Wedding, Mitzvah, Quinceanera and Special Event bookings, the final payment is due no later than 7 days before the event day.

Who can make the payment?

  • Payment(s) are only accepted from the person that signs the contract. 


What kind of payments are accepted?

  • We accept Credit/ Debit Cards, Venmo & Zelle.

  • There is a 3.5% service charge for all credit/debt payments and Venmo business payments.

  • Checks and money orders must be US only and must be received by US mail 14 business days before the event day.

  • For corporate events or TV/ Video production bookings please contact our office for more information regarding payments, invoicing & deposits. 

Can I book half services? (for example: “ just lashes” or “eyes only”)

  • Unfortunately, no. We only offer full makeup and hair services. Please inquire if you need additional information. 

What will the artists need the day of?

  • We recommend setting up in a clean area with as much natural light as possible. 

  • Please let us know in advance if additional lighting is needed

  • Each artist will need space to set up next to an outlet.

  • Each artist will need a cleaned off counter top or table to set up.

  • Each hair stylist will need about 2 square feet of space and each makeup artist will need about 2-4 square feet of space to set up and work. 

  • Each hair stylist will need a chair that is desk/ dining room height.

  • Each makeup artist will need a bar stool or higher chair ( They can bring their own makeup chair if need be) 

  • We DO NOT set up/ perform services in bathrooms.

  • We DO NOT set up/ perform services in any bedrooms of private residences.

  • Please inquire if you have any questions. 

What do I need to let you know in advance?

  • We need to be informed in advance if anyone is requesting Airbrush Makeup, allowing the makeup artist to prepare accordingly. Ladies should wash and prepare their hair the night before and arrive with dry hair on the day of the event, unless a blowout is scheduled in advance.

  • We need to be informed if anyone has any sensitivities or allergies all party members may have to any types of makeup, products, or treatments.

    Tattoo cover-up and body makeup services are available upon request and must be booked in advance.

  • Bridal touch-up services should be booked 1 month in advance to ensure artist availability.

    How does tipping work?

  • Gratuity is NOT included. Gratuity can be added to the invoice prior to the event at the client’s request. It will be distributed evenly among the artists working your event, unless specified otherwise. Cash can be handed out to the staff day of. 


Can I see the artist’s portfolio’s?

  • As we are a freelance agency with 25+ artists, individual portfolios are not available.

  • All of our artists are hand picked and vetted by Courtney Christopherson Hamby and are extensively trained.

  • Please let us know if you have a special request, and we will be happy to accommodate you, if possible.

Can I book Courtney Christopherson Hamby for my event?

  • You can request Courtney, the owner, for your event. Please inquire with our office for her availability. Additional fee(s) may apply. 

What additional fee(s) should I know about?

  • Any valet/ parking costs to be paid by the client.

  • Travel fee(s) might apply if over 30 miles from 33432 but will be discussed and listed on contract if applicable. 

  • All add ons (hair extension placement, tattoo cover-up) will be an additional charge and require more time.

  • There will be an additional charge for bookings on major holidays.

  • There is an additional fee for the hair and makeup team to move to a second location, room etc. 

  • There are additional fee(s) required to book additional staff for your event. Please inquire if you have any questions.

  • There are additional fee(s) for touch up services throughout the photos and the event. These services must be scheduled in advance and will be discussed and listed on the contract if applicable.

What services do you offer?

Do you offer Private Makeup Lessons?

  • Yes, we offer both individual and group lessons. Please inquire for more information.

What kind of makeup do you use?

  • We use luxury products including Hourglass, Armani, Charlotte Tilbury, Tom Ford, Nars, Stila, Make Up For Ever, Bobby Brown, Tarte,

    Mac, Dior, Makeup by Mario, Smashbox, Milk, Drunk Elephant, Olehenriksen and more!

Do the Hair Stylists work with hair extensions?

  • Yes. Our stylists are well versed in applying clip-in hair extensions. You can purchase our 100% Remy Real Human Hair Clip- In extensions.

  • We recommend setting up a hair extension consultation 6-8 weeks prior to your event so we can customize them.

  • We can apply the clients’ clip in extensions, if requested. Please inquire with our office for more information. 

Are lashes included in the makeup services?

Yes, strip lashes are included in each makeup application. If you would like to provide your own lashes, that is ok too.
